If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, see fire or smoke, or feel there is immediate danger, leave the property and call 911 or your utility emergency line before contacting us.
If the house is unsafe or below freezing, do not wait for Monday. Call the emergency line and we dispatch.

The office line is for quotes and weekday repairs. The emergency line is for no-heat at −28°C, a CO alarm, a gas smell, or no cooling during a heat warning. We keep common ignitors, capacitors, and boards on the truck so a night visit can actually end with heat or cooling, not just a diagnosis.
If a part has to come in, we still make the house livable - temporary heat, a safe shutdown, or a next-morning first slot. We do not leave you guessing what happens at 8 a.m.
982-3377 after hours. Say if it is no-heat, gas, or CO.
Safety calls receive priority.
Restore heat or cooling, or make it safe.
If a part is coming, you already know the next window.
No heat in freezing weather, suspected gas or CO, flooding from a boiler or humidifier, or no cooling when health is at risk. A noisy blower at 2 a.m. can usually wait.
After-hours dispatch costs more than a Tuesday morning slot. We tell you that on the phone before we roll.
We make it safe and livable, then book the first parts window. You will not be left without a plan.
