Indoor Air Quality Solutions in Edmonton

Dry winter air, static shocks, and a house that smells like last night’s cooking are equipment problems, not a candle problem.

Air you can live in all winter

Tight Canadian houses hold in heat and also hold in whatever is in the air. An HRV or ERV swaps stale indoor air for fresh without throwing the heat away. A power humidifier stops the 20% indoor humidity that cracks furniture and wakes kids up congested.

We do not stack five gadgets. We measure, then pick the one or two pieces that match the complaint: humidity, odour, dust, or a mix. Filters only work if the cabinet is the right size and someone actually changes them.

DustA media cabinet uses a deeper, higher-capacity filter than a standard 1-inch filter, which can improve filtration while helping airflow.

Questions we actually get

Will a humidifier stop nosebleeds?

It often helps when the air is desert-dry. We set a target that will not soak your windows on a -30°C night.

Do I need an HRV if I already open windows?

In January you will not. An HRV is the winter version of that habit without dumping the heat.

Are portable units enough?

A pitcher humidifier in one bedroom is not a whole-home plan. We install on the HVAC system so every register shares the result.

Does this replace duct cleaning?

No. Dirty trunks and dry air are different jobs. Sometimes you need both.
