A St. Albert family was dusting every other day. The trunks were the reason.
Allergy flare-ups lined up with furnace cycles. A look in the main trunk showed years of household dust and drywall grit from an older basement reno.
We pulled the system under negative pressure, agitated supplies and returns, and cleaned the blower cabinet so the first heat cycle would not undo the work.
A week later the family reported less dust on the TV stand and better airflow in the kids’ rooms. We also flagged a crushed run that cleaning alone could not fix.
